Primary responsibilities will include:
- Data input and maintenance using Advent Axys or APX
- Reconciliation of position and transaction information
- New account document management and setup
- Performance file maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist with various special projects
- Assist with monthly client reporting
- Documentation of changes to written procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years experience with investment operations
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with currency exchanges and foreign securities
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience in the finance industry using Advent Axys or APX
- Experience with Portfolio Center, Moxy, GIM2, APL, Bloomberg, or other
- Knowledge of script and macro writing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
